The city of Chicago Community Development Commission met Sept. 30 to address a redevelopment project.

MINUTES

I. ROLL CALL OF COMMISSIONERS

Chairman Jorge Perez called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. and then undertook a roll

call to establish the presence of a quorum.

II. OLD BUSINESS

A. PROPOSED RED AND PURPLE MODERNIZATION PHASE ONE

PROJECT TIF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA

(WARDS 2, 43, 44, 46, 47 AND 48)

Accept for review the redevelopment plan, which includes the feasibility study

and eligibility report, for the proposed Red and Purple Modernization Phase One

Project Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area, and set dates for a

public meeting of the Joint Review Board and a public hearing.

Project Manager: Ryan Slattery

Motioned by Ward, seconded by Cepeda. Approved 7-0. Yeas: Butler, Cepeda,

Davis, Griggs, Newsome, Ward and Perez.

III. ADJOURNMENT

Motion to adjourn made by Newsome. Voice vote, all yeas.

Meeting adjourned at 1:09 p.m.
