two East Norridge/Norridge Commons properties to be auctioned for unpaid property taxes

2 properties in East Norridge/Norridge Commons were delinquent on their property taxes as of Jan. 29 and will be auctioned to a buyer, according to the annual Delinquent Property Tax List published by Cook County last month.

Taxpayer: Bienvenido Arquiza
7122 W Montrose Avenue
Tax Due: $5,179.49

Taxpayer: Peter Madovcic
7012 W Windsor Avenue
Tax Due: $2,609.61

The tax sale begins April 3 and ends April 6.
