Caroline for 43 owes $1,150 in fines

The campaign committee Caroline for 43 owes a $750 fine imposed on Nov. 18, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $400 with Pav Sethi listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 143 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $863,080 in pending fines.
