Ratification: #17-030-9001 Chicago Read. This case was accepted for investigation,
however the complainant called a day later and rescinded her release. A unanimous vote
was received to close the case and opening letters were not sent. This vote will be ratified
at the September 12, 2017 meeting of the HRA.
