Chicago city treasurer candidate Kurt A Summers, Jr returns $850 contribution from Hugh K. Williams

The campaign committee of Chicago city treasurer candidate Kurt A Summers, Jr, Summers for Chicago, returned a $850 contribution from Hugh K. Williams on April 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Williams has not made any other contributions to Kurt A Summers, Jr in the past 12 months.
