Charges: Two (2) felony counts – Vehicular Hijacking – Aggravated – Firearm
Two (2) felony counts – Robbery – Armed with Firearm
Two (2) felony counts – Aggravated Unlawful Restraint
Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on March 15, 2023, in the 3100 block of W. Harrison. He was identified as one of the offenders who robbed a 29-year-old male rideshare driver and took his vehicle at gunpoint on December 28, 2022, in the 1800 block of S. Karlov (10th District). He is also charged in connection to the aggravated vehicular hijacking and armed robbery of a 34-year-old male rideshare driver that occurred on January 1, 2023, again in the 1800 block of S. Karlov. The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
