2. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2024-2-12, a Resolution expressing official intent regarding certain capital expenditures to be reimbursed from proceeds of one or more obligations to be issued by the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois.

3. Motion to approve the purchase and installation of new roof top HVAC units for the Donald

E. Stephens Convention Center and authorize the following contracts and costs:

A. Temperature Equipment Corp. (TEC) $381,548.00

B. Gurtz Electric Co. (labor and material) $ 70,000.00

C. W.B.R. Roofing Company $ 13,880.00

D. Crane $ 4,000.00

E. Miscellaneous supplies $ 5,000.00

Total Project Cost: $474,428.00

4. Motion to approve a proposal from Gurtz Electric Co. for the upgrade of the fire alarm system at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in the amount of $447,298.00.

5. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2024-2-12A, a Resolution approving a right-of-entry license agreement with the Wisconsin Central Railroad for the inspection and making of repairs to the Metra station and Balmoral Avenue bridge.

6. Motion to approve Quotations from Lindco Equipment Sales for the purchase of an F550 Chassis, dump body, snowplow, and salt spreader in the amount of $138,006.00.

7. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-2-12, an Ordinance amending the provisions for the Class E and Class E(1) liquor licenses and section 4-2-9 of the Village Code titled (Number of Licenses.”

8. Motion to approve the purchase and installation of new switchgear for the old F Hall of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and authorize the following contracts and costs:

A. Advance Electrical Supply (equipment) $386,796.00

B. Gurtz Electric Co. (labor) $ 40,000.00

Total Cost: $426,796.00

PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE

1. Motion to approve a proposal from Stryker for the purchase of two (2) LUCAS Chest Compression monitors and two (2) Xpedition Stair Chairs for Village ambulances in the amount of $72,685.30.

2. Motion to approve a proposal from Zoll Medical Corporation for the purchase of two (2) cardiac monitors and two (2) battery charging stations for Village ambulances in the total amount of $86,349.28.

MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

1 Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-2-12A, an Ordinance authorizing a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement for a portion of TIF No. 4.

BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE

1. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2024-2-12B, a Resolution approving the Zoning Map dated February 2024 for the Village of Rosemont.

2. Motion to approve Resolution R2024-2-12C, a Resolution approving the Fifth Plat of Resubdivision for the Rosemont Entertainment District.
