City of Waukegan 911 ETSB Board met Feb. 12

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

1. Call to Order

Meeting called to order by Chief Navarro at 11:03 am. Meeting was changed from the Training Room to the Chief’s Office. Signage was posted to inform public of the change and how to contact to attend.

2. Roll Call

Present: Chief Navarro, DC Mandro, DC Burleson, Cmdr. Lopez, Attorney Lamb

3. Public Comment

None

4. Approval of Minutes

Motion to approve minutes from 1/8/26 meeting. Motion by DC Mandro, Seconded by DC Burleson.

5. Treasurer’s Report

Motion to approve Treasurer’s Report. Motion by DC Burleson, Seconded by DC Mandro.

A. Update on Wheelchair Lift

A. By-laws Review

Will be reviewed by Attorny Lamb. When draft is ready, it will be presented for approval.

B. Discussion on status of new dispatch center

ATT set for site visit on 2/13. Vesta NXT vote on 2/19

C. Payment schedule for TL, PC, WH.

To be set for the end of the first month of every quarter.

Quarterly payments outlined in current IGAs.

D. TL, PC, WH Chiefs of Police attendance at ETSB meetings.

Attendance to begin in March.

9. Approval of Bills

Motion to approve bills in an amount not to exceed $135,000. Motion by DC Mandro, seconded by DC Burleson.
