A. A resolution authorizing and approving the execution of a contract by and between The City of Waukegan and Biko Construction, LLC

The Waukegan Fire Department is seeking spending authority for Station 1 Locker Room updates. The Waukegan Fire Department received proposals through the RFP process for the men’s and women’s locker room renovation project at Waukegan Fire Station 1. The project will include a demolition and replacement of the suspended ceiling of the men’s and women’s locker rooms at Fire Station 1. Other aspects of the project include painting, new lighting, minor HVAC, drywall repair, and trim work. This work is to update the Locker room dating back to 1983 when the station was first built. The proposal accepted was by Biko Construction.
