On Thursday, March 19, AJ Redd, a former basketball standout from St. Ignatius College Preparatory, helped lead his current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, to a 105-70 victory over the Penn Quakers in the NCAA Tournament.
The contest was held at Bon Secours Wellness Arena, tipping off at 8:25 p.m.
Redd added two points and grabbed one rebound during his two minutes on the court.
The Illinois Fighting Illini are scheduled to play again on Saturday, March 21 at 6:50 p.m., once again at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
