A Summons has been filed for the Village of Dolton, the representative is Mayor Henyard. The lawsuit is based on the accusation they violated the Illinois Freedom of Information Act “FOIA” on four counts. The Plaintiff is Edgar County Watchdogs and the Defendant is the Village of Dolton.
