The Chicago Department of Transportation announced a six-week closure of southbound State Street between Wacker Drive and Randolph Street starting April 13 due to emergency sewer repairs. Northbound lanes remain open while detours are set up for southbound vehicles including CTA buses. Pedestrian access and business entry will continue throughout construction.
