Robert Martwick of the Democratic Party has been declared the winner in the House District 19 race against Republican Ammie Kessem.

With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Martwick had 60 percent of the vote with a total of 20,379 votes.

Kessem received 40 percent of the vote with a total of 13,398 votes.
