Former Corliss High School standout Freddie Cooper and his collegiate team, the St. Mary’s Rattlers, were defeated 78-60 by Black Hills State Yellow Jackets on Sunday, March 15, in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, held at Kenneth E. Burg Center at 5 p.m., marked the Rattlers’ opening game in the tournament against Black Hills State Yellow Jackets.
