three Greektown properties to be auctioned for unpaid property taxes

3 properties in Greektown were delinquent on their property taxes as of Jan. 29 and will be auctioned to a buyer, according to the annual Delinquent Property Tax List published by Cook County last month.

Tax Due: $3,022.84

Taxpayer: P. Morris
123 S Green Street
Tax Due: $7,775.85

Taxpayer: Ashish Girish Shah
125 S Green Street
Tax Due: $298.68

The tax sale begins April 3 and ends April 6.
