City of Chicago Community Development Commission met March 14.

I. Roll Call of Commissioners
Chairman Jorge Perez called the meeting to order at 1:09 p.m. and then undertook a roll call to establish the presence of a quorum.

II. Approve Minutes of the February 14, 2017 Meeting
Motioned by Alphonse, seconded by Curtis. Voice vote, all yeas.
III. New Business
A. Little Village Industrial TIF Redevelopment Project
Area (Ward 22) Request authority to advertise the Department of Planning and Development’s intention to modify the terms of a negotiated sale with Chicago Southwest Development Corporation, which resolution was approved by the commission on October 14, 2014, for the disposition of the property located at 3201-3345 W. 31st Street and 3100 S. Kedzie Avenue in the Little Village Industrial Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area, to request alternative proposals, and to approve the modification to the terms of the sale if no responsive alternative proposals are received.

Motioned by Ward, seconded by Roldan. Approved 7-0. Yeas: Alphonse, Butler, Curtis, Reifman, Roldan, Ward and Perez. 17-CDC-10
