Call Meeting to Order:
Mariyana T. Spyropoulos, Chairman of the Committee on Labor and Industrial Relations, called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.
Public Comment:
Contractors and concerened citizens addressed the Board.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
At the direction of Commissioner Mariyana T. Spyropoulos, Chairman of the Committee on Labor & Industrial Relations, a Study Session will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., in the Board Room, 100 East Erie Street, Chicago, Illinois.
The purpose of the Study Session is to discuss multi-project labor agreements.
A motion was made by Martin J. Durkan, seconded by Debra Shore, that this Report be Published and Filed. The motion carried by acclamation. Chorus of ayes - No nays
Open Discussion:
David St. Pierre, Executive Director, made an opening statement.
Adjournment:
Mariyana T. Spyropoulos, Chairman of the Committee on Labor and Industrial Relations, adjourned the meeting at 2:35 p.m.
