Q1 real estate sales report: Burnside

Median prices declined in Burnside over last year, and are up 3.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 58 homes sold in Burnside for a median price of $51,250. That's 22.7 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.

In the first quarter, 23 homes in Burnside were in foreclosure.
