Q1 real estate sales report: Marquette Park

Median prices rose in Marquette Park over last year, and are up 70.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 65 homes sold in Marquette Park for a median price of $120,000. That's 44.8 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
