Q1 real estate sales report: East Garfield Park

Median prices rose in East Garfield Park over last year, and are up 128.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 53 homes sold in East Garfield Park for a median price of $107,000. That's 44.7 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
