Q2 real estate sales report: Union Ridge

Median prices rose in Union Ridge over last year, and are down 4.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 25 homes sold in Union Ridge for a median price of $280,000. That's 1.3 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Union Ridge.
