Q2 real estate sales report: Englewood

Median prices rose in Englewood over last year, and are up 88 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 127 homes sold in Englewood for a median price of $44,000. That's 72.5 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 40 homes in Englewood were in foreclosure.
