Q3 real estate sales report: Big Oaks

Median prices declined in Big Oaks over last year, and are down 7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 24 homes sold in Big Oaks for a median price of $284,000. That's 0.6 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Big Oaks.
