Q4 real estate sales report: Near West Side

Median prices declined in Near West Side over last year, and are up 6.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 44 homes sold in Near West Side for a median price of $372,750. That's 6.6 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, there were no foreclosures in Near West Side.
