Montclare home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Montclare, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 51.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Montclare in the third quarter of 2016.
