Ashburn home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Ashburn, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,500 - a 19.1% increase over the $141,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Ashburn in the third quarter of 2016.
