O'Hare home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in O'Hare, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $112,500 while total sales decreased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 60.8% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in O'Hare in the first quarter of 2017.
