Morgan Park home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Morgan Park, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 23.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 141 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 3.4% decrease over the $160,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Morgan Park in the first half of 2017.
