Bucktown home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Bucktown, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $89,750 while total sales increased by 84.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $515,250 - a 14.8% decrease over the $605,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Bucktown in May 2016.
