Lincoln Square home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Lincoln Square, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $161,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,500 - a 32% decrease over the $503,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lincoln Square in May 2016, as well.
