Washington Heights home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Washington Heights, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $136,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,000 - a 66.7% decrease over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Washington Heights in May 2016.
