West Town home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in West Town, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 42.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in West Town in July 2016.
