The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Ravenswood, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $407,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Ravenswood in August 2016.
