Rogers Park home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Rogers Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 4.7% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Rogers Park in August 2016.
