Mayfair home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Mayfair, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $40,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 18.9% increase over the $214,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mayfair in September 2016, as well.
