Englewood home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Englewood, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 - a 25% increase over the $24,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Englewood in October 2016.
