Little Village home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Little Village, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $40,500 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,500 - a 57.9% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Little Village in December 2016.
