Scottsdale home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Scottsdale, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $164,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Scottsdale in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Scottsdale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,595, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
