O'Hare home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in O'Hare, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $26,000 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,750 - a 11.1% decrease over the $234,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in O'Hare in August 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in O'Hare for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,045, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
