Scottsdale home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Scottsdale, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,500 - a 9.1% increase over the $171,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Scottsdale in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Scottsdale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,595, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
