Austin home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Austin, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 3% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Austin in December 2017.
