The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Gregory Harris (D-13) on Feb. 22, "makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows: General Funds $7,227,784,300; Other State Funds $17,576,963,400; Federal Funds $300,000,000; Total $25,104,747,700," according to the General Assembly website.
