Illinois General Assembly: HR4 actions on Jan. 10

The following actions were taken on Jan. 10 in the House on House bill HR4 ("recognize-henrietta lacks"): "Resolution Adopted" and "Placed on Calendar Agreed Resolutions".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Mary E. Flowers (D-31) on Nov. 30, 2018, "recognizes the profound effect that Henrietta Lacks and her "immortal cells" have had on millions of lives around the world," according to the General Assembly website.

The following house representatives also co-sponsored the bill: LaToya Greenwood (D-114) and Anne Stava-Murray (D-81).
