Creates a disabled person's internship program in all state agencies with more than 1,500 employees that will be administered by the state CMSThe internships will last at least six months with a minimum of twenty hours worked per week. This program will be established under existing trainee programs within the agency, and will help prepare for career readiness.

Creates the Protection of Individuals with Disabilities in the Criminal Justice System Task Force. The task force will consider issues that affect adults and juveniles with disabilities with respect to their involvement with the police, correctional facilities, representation by counsel, the criminal justice system, accommodations for their disabilities, and public safety concerns.
