Theresa Mah was present for 100% of House votes in February

Rep. Theresa Mah (D-2) voted on 100 percent of the bills presented in the Illinois state House in February.

Theresa Mah cast seven "yea" votes and didn't cast any "no" votes during the month. Mah also did not vote "present", which signifies a refusal to take sides.

As of 2016, Illinois legislators earned a base salary of $67,836 annually, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Lawmakers in the state recently gave themselves a $1,600 pay raise, bringing the annual base salary up to $69,466.

In addition, they receive a $111 per diem each day that the legislature meets in Springfield, which is typically approximately 70 days each year.

The 101st Illinois General Assembly is scheduled to continue meeting through December 31.
