The Loop home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in The Loop, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $11,000 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 2.3% decrease over the $486,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in The Loop in May 2018.
