O'Hare home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in O'Hare, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $160,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,000 - a 44.9% decrease over the $356,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in O'Hare in June 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in O'Hare for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,330, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
