1. Action Item: Approve Ordinance 2026-03 Solar Regulations and Permits (RC)

B. Park Committee-2/12/26 Meeting Minutes approval. (VV)

1. Action Item: New Fee Structure for Vendors shown below. (RC)

Farmers Market- $5/day; $30/Season or $50/Season + Park Events

Park Event Only- $30/event

2. Action Item: Approve spending up to $300 for two Food Protection Managers License Renewal Courses and Exams for Park Committee. (RC)

3. OLD BUSINESS

A. 103 School St: Scott Watts progress report.

B. Discuss/Possible Action: Ongoing Municipal building repairs

1. Chase Equipment Group removed both underground fuel tanks. Project complete.

2. Hammer Time Builders, LLC completed the ballast work on 62 light fixtures at Village Hall.

C. Discuss Board EOP training dates.

4. NEW BUSINESS

A. Discuss/Possible Action: Approve deleting Closed Meeting audio records prior to July 31, 2024. (RC)

B. Discuss/Possible Action: Adoption of Ordinance 2026-04 Owner/Occupant Liable for Charges-Local Debt Recovery Program. (RC)

C. Discuss/Possible Action: Adoption of Ordinance 2026-05 Authorizing the Sale of Surplus Property- Tasers (RC)

D. Discuss/Possible Action: Lease Agreement with the Brighton Spay and Neuter Alliance. (RC)

E. Discuss/Possible Action: $80,000 from IDOT Street Improvement Grant. Engineering for street improvements will be approximately $18,000. (RC)

F. Discuss/Possible Action: Appoint Dan Arnold to Park Committee. (VV)

G. Discuss/Possible Action: Insurance rates for 2026-March 2027.United Health Care may be a better option. Deductible will be a little higher, but the insurance will pay 100% after instead of only 80%. Village pays the first $1000 of the deductible. (RC)

H. Discuss/Possible Action: Ongoing approval to replace adult and child AED (Automated External Defibrillator) pads when expired. Cost is approximately $1,200.00/two year shelf life. (RC)
