2. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board Resolution 2026-05: A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF CHERRY VALLEY, ILLINOIS AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH CHERRY VALLEY, ILLINOIS FOR THE SHARED USE OF EQUIPMENT.

Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval to purchase (2) Verkada Outdoor Cameras, with associated mounting systems, licenses, video storage and including installation from MONARCH, Chino, CA to be installed in the 200 block of East State Street, Cherry Valley, IL at a total cost of $8,942.04 from line item 5375 Capital Improvements.

2. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval to purchase and install new work space equipment for the Front Desk Office Area in the Police Department from modernspace studio, Loves Park, IL at a cost of $11.552.41 from line item 5400 Capital Improvements.
