Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on February 28, 2023, in the 5000 block of W. Van Buren St. He was positively identified as one of the offenders who, on April 8, 2022 at approximately 10:29 p.m. participated in the fatal shooting of a 27-year-old male victim in the 2000 block of W. 35th St. (9th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
